We are seeking expressions of interest from the community in a possible Meal Prep Program here at Rosscarrock Community Association. 

This offering would pool money to buy groceries in bulk (and save!), then meet at the Community Hall kitchen once a month to prepare and package portion-controlled freezer meals for participating individuals or families.

We will work in conjunction with ChooseWell Alberta to have healthy pre-portioned packages for quick or Slow Cooker use. Tell us today if this program would meet the needs of our thriving community, or if you have other ideas for us to consider!
