We continue to offer Gentle Movement every Tuesday from 9:00am to 10:00 am

Cost is $5.00 drop in fee

Gentle Yoga every Friday 9:00am to 10:00 am

Cost $5.00 drop in fee

There is no pre-registration required for these classes

We also continue to Hold Social Learn and Play Group Time has changed to 10:00am to 1:00pm

Some of the activities we have done in this group are:

November- Free Workshop for busy Moms facilitated by Boundless Wellness

Dec- Crafted Christmas Gnomes and Hand Puppets

Jan Working on a 2023 Vision Board.

This is a free group for all parents/guardians and all children ages 5 and under.

We have informal group chats while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea and some morning snacks.

Children are supervised by our Adult Volunteers while they play game, craft, engage in free play etc.

We are looking for more Volunteers to assist with the Child Supervision, if you are available from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm on Thursdays and would like to help out with children please contact Lauretta at events@rosscarrock.org

We also Host Fireside Chats Every Friday 3:30-5:30 (weather permitting)

Come by and say hello and meet some of your neighbors

We will have hot Chocolate and Marshmallows to roast.
