Come and garden with us!

The Rosscarrock Community Association has 24 garden beds for rental for community members.

Please note: a current Rosscarrock Community Association membership is required. Learn more about our memberships here.

Priority is given to residents of the Rosscarrock community first.

There are THREE simple steps to get a garden bed.

STEP 1

APPLY FOR A GARDEN BED

Applications are open to all members of the Rosscarrock Community Association. Priority will be given to residents of Rosscarrock. Cost of Bed for 2026 growing season is $32.00 + GST = $33.60

STEP 2

Garden rental agreement

Successful applicants will receive an email with the community garden rental agreement.

STEP 3

payment and confirmation

Your garden bed rental is confirmed when the signed agreement and payment has been received by us.

IMPORTANT DATES

This Spring our Community Garden will be undergoing some major changes to the foot print to accommodate HVAC upgrades to the hall. We will lose 6 beds to HVAC upgrades and will be replacing some of our beds to smaller and longer lasting beds. We will also be adding to our fruit trees on the property to add colour, interest and a food source. Priority is given to gardeners that live in Rosscarrock and volunteer in upkeep duties.

Our garden footprint is smaller this year and means the loss of some of the beds for the 2026 growing season. We do encourage those looking to help out to volunteer for our Communal Garden and learn while you help us grow vegetables for the Community Fridge. We hold monthly gardening classes to help in starting, growing and harvesting your bounty from the garden. Email info@rosscarrock.org for more inforamtion.
