Emotional Resources

This is a difficult time for many of us, never feel ashamed to reach out for help. The 24-hour Connect Family Violence Helpline is often the first contact for people reaching out for support or looking for information. Counsellors provide counselling, safety planning, referrals and information. You are not alone. We encourage those experiencing family violence and abuse to reach
out — whether you are a victim, friends or family looking to support someone, or men looking for help. Call the 24-Hour Connect Family Violence Helpline: 403-234-7233 (SAFE). Counsellors will also respond to emails at help@cwes.ca, or text messages to: 403-604-6689.
